Hummingbird Coffee is a masterclass in "Kissaten" culture reimagined for the modern age. The interior is a beautiful exercise in minimalism and shadow, featuring aged wooden textures, soft spotlighting, and a unique vintage horn speaker that fills the room with warm atmosphere. Their Mocha Dark Roast is one of the best coffee that I have ever had in Tokyo. It offers a deep, velvety body with the distinct high-quality Mocha beans flavor yet tempered by a sophisticated dark roast. The result is a cup that feels both nostalgic and refined, featuring notes of bittersweet chocolate and a clean, lingering finish with amazing bitterness. Visually stunning with its monochromatic marble swirl, their Black Sesame Rare Cheesecake is amazingly delicious. The texture is incredibly light and creamy, melting away to reveal the earthy, nutty intensity of kurogoma (black sesame). The contrast between the airy mousse and the slightly salty crumble base, topped with a drizzle of black sesame syrup, makes for a dessert that isn't overly sweet but deeply flavorful Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
