The food is good, but the service needs significant improvement. We had to wait nearly an hour for our food without any apology. We were also not allowed to keep a box of tissues on our table, which is quite unusual—even in lower-tier restaurants in Taiwan. Overall, the price does not match the level of service. Italian with a touch of local Taiwanese flavor. Not overwhelming to either taste, ingredients are very fresh, especially the seafood. Cream pasta is a bit too rich and heavy. Portions are big. Place seats about 10 max and has a dining limit of 90 mins and minimum spending per person. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $400–600 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Don’t order chicken breast pesto cream sauce linguine. The chicken was so dry it tasted like rubber. The linguine was not as al dente as I’d like it, but it was not soft either. Also, there was not much of service to speak of because there was no wait staff that served us, so we had to pick up utensils and napkins on our own. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
