Wow. Sometimes you get lucky in the most unexpected places. Hunters is a wonderful restaurant in Chama! Affordable, delicious, best pork chop I’ve had in years. Meatloaf spot on scrumptious. Best fries, coleslaw solid! Totally will be back . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

I like Hunters a lot, and wish we could have gone there more. The location, right by the turnaround wye for the Cumbres & Toltec Railroad, is great, and we walked there from the Iron Rail Inn. It seems like at least some of the Outlaw BBQ menu was carried over, and that's a whole lot of deliciousness! On top of great food in a great location, the service was friendly, so 5 stars is well deserved. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $20–30

Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly. Our waitress was amazing, draft beers were cold, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We enjoyed our dinner at Hunters Restaurant and will be returning often. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
