Thank you for taking the time to review your recent experience at the Husky House Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. As the manager of this restaurant, I’m sorry that the hamburger steak and meatloaf you and your family ordered did not live up to our high standards. The quality of our food is very important, and, with every customer, we’re committed to serving the highest quality products possible. It appears we’ve let you down . . . and for that, I apologize. Be assured, I’ve discussed your concerns and reviewed our procedures with my managers and staff. Corrective action will be taken so a similar incident will not reoccur.
