We booked the table for 2 people for dinner today 27/03/26 at 6.30pm and we arrived at 6.15pm as required by Hwaro92 Buffet's email. One young girl staff very nice took us to the table #1 explained to us everything, also telling us dinner will be in 90 minutes, it's means our dinner will be end at 8pm. We were ok with the information. We paid dinner buffet $105.80 and bought 2 glasses of beer and paid $20 more. We were enjoying the food was great, then at 7.20pm a different young girl staff came to our table said that our dinner time is over, I was surprised and told her our dinner time will be due at 8pm but she didn't believe me, she went off and came back to our table the second time and confirmed our dinner time was due, it's so annoying then I had to show her my email booking confirmed then she went off again and came back to our table the third time and said "your dinner time will be due at 8pm". I said "I know". We felt so piss of because they were embarrassed us with the others customers beside our table therefore I stepped to the counter to tell them that "I'm not happy with the way their services and next time have to check properly before talking to customers because they were embarrassed us and looked like they chase us away". I won't recommend my family and my friends to dine here. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–80
