We had a long consultation cake tasting with my fiance her mom and I that everyone felt fantastic with. she tried telling us chocolate pared well with orange cake we made very very clear my wife was allergic and we couldn't do that she told us she would use white chocolate for decorating. my wife's first look at her cake was chunks of chocolate all around the cake attempting to look like bark! we showed multiple cakes that looked like white birch woodsy the only thing she did that said would was made mushrooms and moss. even with that she didn't make mushrooms in the color format we were using she asked us for pictures again of our flowers days before wedding thinking she was color matching floral icing decore no she bought bunch fake flowers threw on top of cake called it decorated. even in our consultationwe let her know we had extra flowers and butterfliesfor the cake we needed a baker to decorate not just put a topper on a cake call it done! by far was the only part of our wedding we were disappointed in! very lucky that her allergy is not worse than it is or the day would have ended differently. worst part of it all is when we tried to talk to her about it she made every excuse in the world without a sincere a apologyor any remorse but all in trying to cover her butt! im sure this review will be taken down just like my wife's but we will be sure to let all aware how unprofessional she has been! one week later and we have only gotten a sorry your unhappy with your experience! Unprofessional! We were very unsatisfied with our wedding cake she ignored food allergies covered my cake with chocolate bark when allergic to chocolate! Discussed several times! Did not do at all what showed her. I am not a very picky person but that is a huge mistake and was brushed off with sorry your unhappy with your experience! We gave her a week to even make an attempt at making things slightly right and and made every excuse but not her fault I am not even going into details of how the cake fell apart n was not able to even slice it because she wants to blame that on everyone else as well. But the biggest part is my biting into a mushroom that was supposed to be white chocolate and luckily my allergy isnt as sever as most! On top of it all i leave a review on Facebook on her brag picture and she blocks me instead of trying to make any of it right! So we hope to leave enough reviews that others can make up their own opinions to find somewhere else for their big day!
