We simply would have preferred to know about these problems at the time of payment when instead we were told that everything had gone perfectly! As far as the wait is concerned, we don't think it was that long but in any case it was a very busy day and, consequently, service times are longer. You could only order calamari pasta and fried calamari because they were the only dishes of the day (squid feast) and not the only ones left. The fried food absolutely couldn't have tasted like old oil because it had just been changed, we won't compromise on this. We hope that next time you can arrange to be our customers with less tight deadlines, without having to rush to fly, so that we can give us time to make you better appreciate our cuisine and our service in complete relaxation!More
