Quite simply, the best focaccia in Pavia. Not to mention the one in Recco, to be flown away. They accommodated me even though it was close to closing. Highly recommended! From 'The flavors of Liguria' you truly find the Ligurian gastronomic traditions in several of its numerous variations, perhaps the only place in Pavia where a focaccia worthy of the name is prepared (almost like that of the Panificio Sebastiano, via Lomellini, Genoa) for not to mention the farinata and other typical products. Just one small observation: a drizzle less oil in the focaccia pan. The Ligurians are careful and do not waste. Parking: Large paid parking nearby, but no parking on the street where the business is located.
