Ever since less employees and fact ppl that DO work are not service oriented at all the attitude their is do you want to eat or not ? Slam down plates boom done . My kids used to love what WAS the whole iHOP experience now it just seems creepy o e time we went late at night and the cooks in back had their music jams blaring clanking around Seemingly high . Soooo . It’s just not a nice place and then most are super dirty . Just saying . Wecks is better for us bigger portions for the cost . And clean . Nicer staff .

My dad and I have been doing an online order every Saturday for at least 3 months, maybe longer, at the IHOP on Mercantile, store #1552. We order pretty much the same thing every weekend. Our order has a total of 5 pancakes and 2 french toast. I always have to ask for extra syrup because they only put 2-3 in the to-go bag; but I've always just asked for extra, it is what it is, and it's never been an issue. But today I asked for 5 extra syrup and the manager looks me up and down and tells the hostess "only give her 3". When I got out to my car and checked the bag, there were 2 syrups in the bag. I ALMOST went back inside because he was incredibly rude to a regular, paying customer and clearly knows very little about customer service. But I was upset and did not want to be rude as well in the moment. Personally, I don't think 1 syrup per item is asking too much, and maybe if you paid attention to what was actually in the order, your customers wouldn't have to ask for extra in order to have enough. I will NOT be going back to this location. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 3 Service: 1

Maria at store #1552 was an excellent waitress. She was very attentive and made sure our drinks were full and we had everything we needed during our meal. This has been a very pleasant experience. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
