The potatoes tasted weird like soap, the waffle was soft not crispy, the sour cream haven't been stirred in hours (likely while left near room temperature) and some other minor issues. Wouldn't have complained at all if the potatoes didn't taste so bad. Waffles are expensive though (you get one) so I expected it to be cooked right. If I wanted it to be done wrong I'd cook it myself (I admit, it takes some skill!). The service on the other hand was really good, they were busy but the lady kept coming by. It made me feel a lot better that she said she thought the potatoes(hash browns) tasted weird too - I'm sure the boys wouldn't like to hear that an employee admitted that, but she added starts to this review, I really hate complaining but a little empathy made me feel better. Gives me a great idea though- Ask your employees to give you honest feedback to the manager on their meals. If you have chefs that can't take feedback without getting upset, you will have poor food. The waitress brushed our orders off and assumed what we wanted and kept trying to rush us. They never checked in on us and gave me the bill moments after bringing our plates. The manager didn't speak or respond to greetings, my food was undercooked. Overall I do not believe I'll be back within the next 6 months. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
