The entire environment is basically clean and comfortable. Restrooms are clean as well. The food is not bad, but the hash browns are overcooked, which needs to be improved. The price is acceptable. Credit cards accepted. The most important is the server is super nice, friendly, and professional (not sure for others, but the one served us). Tons of free parking lots available. Overall experience is not bad! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes

Honestly if there was an option for a zero star rating First of all it took them a very long time to take our order. Finally when our drinks arrived they were not what we ordered. Then we were told they ran out of strawberries for the lemonade so we are not getting any in our glass. We waited for our food for 30+ minutes. Our appetizer plate arrived and all the food was overcooked. We talking golden black My plate never arrived and the server told me that they dropped it on the floor. This was probably about 45 minutes later and I was not offered anything else. So I had no lunch and no food. The server did take my plate of the bill and then had the audacity to storm off when she realized I did not leave a tip. Now I am not some hard customer in fact I am a chef myself and I am working in food industry for the last 20 years. All the staff looked less than presentable, they were chatting loudly among themselves and having a good time. The restaurant was not very busy and there were maybe 5 tables occupied. I have eaten at this restaurant with my family quite a few times before but we never had such a shocking experience. It’s safe to say this was the very last time we ever go to this establishment. I just visited IHOP for the first time, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. We ordered the Breakfast Sampler and split it between two people for only $17.69, along with a 3-stack of buttermilk pancakes. The Breakfast Sampler came with everything, eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, and hash browns. Plus on top it was all you can eat pancakes. For $17.69, that’s hard to beat, and the portion was more than enough two of us to feel full. The pancakes weren't the fluffiest but they tasted pretty good and were fairly light, definitely a lot of sugar and pretty high carb though. Service was fairly good for a spot like IHOP, Kiara and Gracie were both very friendly. For a total of $25 and $31 after tip, IHOP is insanely cheap especially for the amount of food you get. I wouldn't say these are the best pancakes (or healthiest) but the value is unbeatable. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
