Sarah was our waitress just now and she was awesome!!! My husband is... something else to say the least ( lol ), so he made the order super complicated and excessively time-consuming! She had 2 or 3 other tables come in directly behind us and was extremely patient with him, graciously helping the other tables when he ordered wrong then couldn't made a decision. Our family (4 adults) is used to his direct and dare I say boss man tone of voice as he fails at not just the 2nd try to order but also witty dad jokes. I hide my embarrassment and get it done lol. This young lady never once gave any hint of irritation or annoyance. She took care of her other tables and listened to him ramble each time she brought out the orders. I don't think anyone waited for anything. All done professionally and efficiently. You made my day today Sarah for not only doing a good job but humoring the man I love. Thank you for being a real, genuine, and kind person! I pray all your dreams come true because people of your caliber deserve for their dreams to come true godspeed and have a great day sweetheart. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I dont often goto Ihop but every now and then my wife who has is medically Gluten free wants some pancakes. Every time I goto the conway location, there is always a long wait. Today, my wife and I showed up, and we're immediately seated. However after looking over the menu for about 10 mins when we noticed they hadn't even taken our drink order. So we put down our menus and began to wait for a server. We waited 20 mins. With no service except to be seated, we left. Do not go here if you want to be served I a reasonable amount of time. First off the management ran at this establishment is not the best. Every encounter I have had with one has been nothing but rude gestures and mean comments. Had an incident with my food not being cooked properly, asked for a manger when she came out (Misti) she had a very mean demeanor when speaking towards me, when I tried explaining the issue she kept cutting me off, proceed to pick the plate up and take it back to kitchen, heard some words be exchanged about the issue to the cooks and servers, never seen or spoke to her for the rest of my visit and never got any type of discount or anything. Misti you do not need to be a manager at this establishment shame on you. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20
