Food has been good waiters and waitresses were nice but general manager shows no kindness - had 5$ voucher that supposedly expired which we weren’t told about. Instead of being nice and honoring it she was like “it’s policy”. Mind you this is an iHop and the portions are microscopic and the cost is not . Customer service really has changed Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I wanted to leave my little review. I’ve been to IHOP many times, and the first time I went, a guy attended me. It was okay, but it wasn’t the best experience. I decided to give the place another chance, and this time I was attended by Karla, or “Karlita,” and she was an amazing server. She explained every discount I could get and which ones I was able to use. She was very friendly, helpful, and super fast. She was always checking on us and making sure everything was good and that we didn’t need anything. You can tell she really cares about giving great customer service. I would definitely come back and ask for her again. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $40–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If I could leave 0 stars I would Cut my chicken but didn’t cut my bread , forgot a whole fruit cup and not to mention chicken still could taste the frozen taste yuck never again & TURN ON THE AC ITS HOT OUTSIDE Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
