We came in on a busy Sunday brunch, but we're pleasantly greeted and promptly seated. We did wait a bit for our server giving us time to peruse the menu, but everything went quickly after that. Our server was attentive checking in several times during our meal. The food was hot and delicious. This was a well-run restaurant during my visit, nice work! Price per person: $10–20

Our server seated people in front of us, one of them in a wheelchair, and asked if they wanted a booth, the lady had to mention she's in a wheelchair and needs a table. Then she sat us, took our drink order right away, which was a hot chocolate and a lemonade. Server took over 15 minutes to bring our drinks, food took about 20 minutes, and she didn't come place the check until another 30 minutes after we got our breakfast, with no check in. Pancakes didn't have the whip cream on them and just a horrible experience. We had two parties that came in after us, sat after us, got their drinks and food before we even got drinks, and left before us. Didn't see management around at all and it was steady. Saw two other servers who were great, yet I get the one who doesn't care. I went to this IHOP for a better experience and it was worse than Cooley street. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

Really really bad service no forks cleaner gave us disposible fork and knife food was really cold as if it has been sitting for hour all to charge $95 honestly ill never go back there agian to top it all kids were scared over a loud argument in the kitchen that left 2 kids and parents to fear for there childs life Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $90–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
