Dear Lucy, Thank you for your great feedback - we do appreciate suggestions and that you share your experience with us. We learned that you enjoy our delicate food of high quality and the ambience. At IL LIMONE we provide Italian contemporary cuisine and incorporate Products -Best of Taiwan and Farm-to-Table ingredients. Our Duck is Taiwanese Cherry duck and a sustainable product and we will look into the seasoning to enhance this dish in the future.
