A very unpleasant impression of this place. It feels like all the work has been dumped on one person: one waitress is simultaneously serving guests, taking orders, clearing tables, and even working behind the bar. At the same time, the management seems to be completely uninterested in providing decent working conditions for their employees. It is especially unpleasant to watch one person physically trying to handle a workload that is clearly meant for several employees. As a result, both the employee and the quality of service suffer. I would also like to mention the attitude of the management. It gives the impression that employees are not treated like people, but rather like free labor, with one person being expected to perform the duties of several different positions. I genuinely feel sorry for the waitress because it is obvious that she is doing her best under the circumstances she has been put in. However, the management raises serious questions. I hope that one day they will start valuing their employees and properly distributing the workload. Food: 4 Service: 5

I noticed there’s a bottleneck in service flow: orders can’t be placed at the bar, but table service is delayed, and staff aren’t checking in. Suggest cross-training and multitasking so team members can cover both areas when needed. This would improve customer experience and reduce wait times. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
