Hands down, the Icehouse Restaurant and Bar makes a phenomenal birthday party venue if you want to have or host an epic dance party. We had our daughter's 10 year party there, and it was awesome!! The owners allowed us to use their large room with all of their lights turned on and with the ability to DJ from their laptop and even have karaoke options if we wanted to with a projector and microphone at the ready. As an added bonus (since it was a kids party), the adults could freely use the billiard room as well. Huge space, plenty of tables, lots of parking and more! You should definitely check them out for your next birthday party plan!

I’m not one to do this, but I’m kind of heart broken tonight. We used to come here often, crab boil, karaoke, pool, etc. and I had never had a bad experience. A couple years ago, the tide seemed to shift. However, tonight we came back with a couple friends. Hoping it was back to our normal, but it wasn’t. The little waitress we had was so sweet and attentive, but the food came out really cold, over cooked and just not ready to be consumed. They had someone singing, super cool, no big deal. It wasn’t posted on this page because I looked to make sure because I get it, yet for a family restaurant we were walking our little one around, she was dancing to the music, holding her daddy’s hand, and boom. Someone came in absolutely losing their mind about “Omg there’s a little baby in there! There’s a baby in there”. Needless to say at this point, there was 4 people by the bar in that area and no one close to the stage. On top of the cold food. This was a place I really enjoyed. Played pool and sang karaoke with my daughters and husband many times, nice family atmosphere, but it’s no longer that. So if you’re looking for a “party” scene with rough food and alcohol readily handed to you, this is where you need to go.
