Had a great experience thanks to Maya! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming while serving me, my friends, and my family. Stopped by The ice box recently because I was craving something sweet, and I ended up getting one of their milkshakes. Honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The place has a really cosy, welcoming vibe the moment you step in—bright, clean, and with that warm dessert-shop smell that instantly puts you in a good mood. It’s the kind of spot where you can pop in for a quick treat or sit down for a bit without feeling rushed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they didn’t mind me taking my time looking through the menu. They explained a couple of their popular flavours and helped me decide which one to go for. It’s small things like that that make the experience feel a bit more personal rather than just a quick transaction. The milkshake itself was genuinely delicious. Thick, creamy, and full of flavour without being overly sweet or heavy. You can tell they use decent ingredients because the taste wasn’t artificial or watered down like some places. It had the perfect consistency—smooth enough to drink easily but thick enough to feel indulgent. It was served nicely too, with a proper presentation that made it feel like more than just a basic shake. By the time I finished it, I felt completely satisfied.
