The worst customer service ever. The woman who was getting my order was talking on the phone the whole time and didn’t even get my order correctly. I asked for shrimp and beef and only shrimp was in my order. I told her I also ordered shrimp and she was screaming in my face “ No you said Shrimp”. I had to pay more to add beef. The chicken and spring rolls were all burned. Will never eat here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

During my visit, I experience good customer service; employees are kind and helpful with navigating menu options. The noodles have eggs in them, so I double up on the vegetables. Apparently, the Vegan options undergo cooking on a different side of the stove and with different cooking tools. I enjoy the meal, the Teriyaki sauce isn’t necessary. Still, it adds an oily-syrup like texture with a subtle sweetness. The Vegan Chicken is decent and may benefit from an after cooking spritz of water with lemon zest and seasoning in it, particularly for moisture though for any that may not want Teriyaki Sauce though seek flavor. The vegetables are all around quite nice, the cabbage to the meal is sublime. The establishment accepts different forms of payment. There are many seating options as the eatery is in a food court. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

For some reason, it looked like the workers looked miserable. I don't know why the cashier didn't ask me, "white rice or noodles" for the order. She just rang my entrees at once without proper customer service etiquette. Also, she just placed in noodles even though the entree, which is, "chicken teriyaki," should come with white rice and vegetables, unless specifically requested. It's not okay to assume what someone wants and puts it inside the plate. Also, the food is incredibly oily. Not going to lie, the food at Sarku or Samurai Sushi nearby is much better. The vegetablrs were the only thing that actually tasted okay. The sauce had almost the same kick as Sarku, but perhaps the only thing that wasn't good was the noodles. The chicken is alright, but very oily as well. To be fair, I don't think I would come to "Ichi Japan" anymore. For what it's worth, I think it would have been better if they had proper etiquette. I just find the workers to be very miserable; at the very least, unhappy with their jobs. Or, perhaps they don't have business to support any kind of business morale. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
