We take food quality and customer experience very seriously, and all food served in our restaurant is prepared fresh and served hot. Our staff also mentioned they checked in during your visit and were told everything was okay, so we were disappointed to later learn you left unhappy. Regarding the yellow color inside the wings, we are a Japanese style restaurant and our wings are marinated with a seasoned egg-based mixture, which can naturally give them that appearance. We understand that it may have looked unfamiliar if you have not had this style before. We still respect your opinion and appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback.
