unfortunately, i do not think i will be back. i’ve gone here 3 times for the same thing— authentic hawaiian shaved ice (which is how it’s promoted on their website). adding on ice cream to the bottom and sweet cream topping makes your total over $10 for shaved ice. the first time i went was exactly what i was expecting! not long after, i went in a second time and was underwhelmed and a bit disappointed with the product i received (red shaved ice that is pictured). shortly after i brought it into my car and snapped this picture, my shaved ice cream fell apart as it was not the most structurally sound. a year later, i finally decided to give it another try and left even more disappointed. as you can tell by the photo of the blue shaved ice it was spilling at the sides as soon as it was given to us and was not made correctly (the ice cream was placed on the top ). we also ordered this to go which would not have worked in the car, so we decided to eat it in store. for a shaved ice cream dessert that is over $10, i do not think it is worth testing your luck on what you will receive.

We went through the drive through an hr before closing. Ordered two strawberry bobas, a hibiscus boba, three ice creams, and a Mediterranean salad. The staff was very patient and helpful with it being our first time ordering. There was a short wait for the salad, but we already were enjoying the other items during this wait. There was a rush of many people in the shop as well as in line behind us. One person got extra grumpy and withdrew from the pick up line. But when our salad was ready staff was apologizing and made sure we were well cared for, which we were. Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–40

I enjoy going to icki sticki! They have plenty of delicious treats and it’s always fun to see their rotating menu. Staff are also always very nice and adept. Occasionally their tapioca pearls aren't cooked right but if you want good boba I would go somewhere that specializes in boba. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
