Highly recommend this excellent restaurant in Nice. Firstly, our server was welcoming, friendly and helpful. She explained that we could order food to share or individually, whichever we preferred. The food itself was a little different and the lamb bites to start and particularly the turbot for the main course were excellent. Lastly, the atmosphere was cosy and elegant. No hesitation in recommending this lovely restaurant and hope to return. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Awesome place in Port neighborhood of Nice. Great owner, speaks English. Small bar. Nice lighting, ambience. Food is amazing & good wines avail. Think they have full bar, too. Update May 24, 2026: Ate outside in the early summer soft, summer night. Food even more extraordinaire than last visit, dourade tartare with a strawberry and other berry topping and burrata were both amazing appetizers. So unique, so good! Turbot entree was perfect as was the bouef filet - - so tender, perfectly sized. We enjoyed the Bordeaux (rouge) and Sancerre wines by the glass we each ordered. Highly recommend this elegant yet casual restaurant frequented by locals and travelers alike. Price per person: €60–70 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I had a great dinner at IGNISS. The cocktails were fun, food was delicious, and service was top notch. The staff were accommodating to my nut allergy and really passionate about the restaurant experience. Highly recommend visiting! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €50–60
