The service is friendly, but the atmosphere in the café doesn't seem inviting. It looks unkempt and bare. Looks like an old one Waiting room of a train station. It's a shame I didn't know this from the IHLE branches until now. Meal type: Other Price per person: €10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

just a joke.. not only that the baked goods (e.g. pretzels) are inedible if they have been left for half a day (rock hard and own. Also no longer sellable...) No, you can't get good things in the morning anymore. I happened to be out and about when the branch just opened, so I thought to myself that 2 fresh pretzels must be delicious...wrong thought, for now €0.87 each!!! I got such rock-hard pretzels... That had nothing to do with rösch anymore...they were in the oven for far too long...even if I'm against food waste, they shouldn't have been sold anymore. You pay money for something that belongs in the bin!!

Very bad service. Salad is sold without dressing, which is a hefty price of €5.50 for a salad with a bit of chicken, parmesan and a bit of carrot sticks in it. I can get it 5 times in the supermarket for €5.50. If there's no dressing, then you shouldn't sell salads, in my opinion. Or should I go to a supermarket and buy another dressing for €1? Quality has also deteriorated a lot. Snacks were carelessly filled.
