As a tourist in Rome, I'm always on the hunt for authentic, delicious Italian food. Impastiamoci absolutely blew me away! I had the carbonara, and it was honestly the best I've ever tasted. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, the sauce was creamy and rich without being too heavy, and the guanciale was crispy and flavorful. To finish off the meal, I had the tiramisu, which was equally divine. It was light, fluffy, and the perfect balance of coffee and sweetness. But what truly elevated my experience was the exceptional service from our waitress, Orthy. She was so warm, friendly, and attentive. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in, and her recommendations were spot on. Overall, I can't recommend Impastiamoci enough. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was charming, and the service from Orthy was truly outstanding. If you're looking for an authentic Roman dining experience, look no further! I was with Family and we had a wonderful dinner experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was perfect for a cozy family gathering, and we all enjoyed delicious food that was clearly prepared with care and attention to detail. The drinks were spot-on, refreshing and beautifully presented, adding to the special feel of the evening. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, making sure we had everything we needed.
