Intrigued by the name "Incognito," I decided to give it a try—and I'm so glad I did! Located right next to piazza grande in the city center, it's a hidden gem that's hard to miss. The interior is modern, clean, and beautifully bright, complemented by professional and very friendly staff. The drinks were not only delicious but also stunningly presented, completely exceeding my expectations. As for the food, the freshly baked tigelle were light and crisp, pairing beautifully with the cured meats without feeling heavy at all. Excellent cappuccino (we ordered a second!). Rich pain au chocolat (we also ordered a second!) and delicious cornetto. Stylish marble tables and chairs with a beautiful view over the Piazza Grande. We had a wonderful time here watching the sunset against the Duomo and eating delicious food and enjoying a wonderful Rio Rosa Lambrusco. I can’t remember the friendly waiter’s name, but many of the recipes come from his family, including the Limoncello. The chef is Romanian and so they also served us a wonderful Romanian salad with our charcuterie. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
