I order 1 tinolamg manok,uncooked,and the taste very bad,the papaya is so hard,can’t eat.i call them to inform that the tinolamg manok its bad taste to change my order ,and they said i need to order 1 bottle of water true keeta and i will pay additional charge,what for so i paid double charge to this kind of mg order. Food: 1 Service: 1 Order type: Delivery

We ordered food in inihaw time thru keeta last Jan 21 2026 but unfortunately some items were not delivered . Quite late but better share experience than never. We have waited this for an hour and expecting to eat as soon as the items arrived. The rider informed to call the restaurant.We called the restaurant and They cant deliver the missing items because it was too far and no delivery rider available as per them so we requested for a refund. They are not ready for the refund as the manager said she needs to inform the owner, so we request the refund from the partner aggregator but inihaw time still rejected despite the idea that we have informed the restaurant already by the time the order arrived. The next day after the rejection the manager of inihaw time suggested if they want us to deliver the items and I said no as we are no longer in need of the food and we want the refund as agreed during phone call conversation from yesterday.I have send messages followups daily both the managers and restaurants number and i even share my QR code for the refund. There were so many alibis why they cant give the refund and she is so rude. One week has passed and with embarrassment still follow ups my QR29 riyals refund. As per the Manager, They cant refund as the owner is not available and she will do the needful once the owner will come back to Qatar. In the first place during this call the manager is already rude telling they were busy and they dont have time for me and so much unpleasant conversation happen. I the customer demand my right as there were lapses from the store itself/The Lady assisting was rude and until now we didn’t get the refund. Actually its no longer about the refund, its about the service of the staff and how they deal with the customer . Just want to let you the customers know about there service not mentioning that there food were a bit uncooked that time, as we understand they might be very busy and in a hurry. Whats very disappointing is how they are treating they’re regular customer. I was supposed to report but later on decided. Not to, as it might affect the business but who might know ill gonna change mind. I have screenshots of the messages i sent. Hope it will reach to the owner for you to. Know how your staff are dealing customers. Inihaw time please be responsible with your customer and give satisfactory service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery
