I am not from the area but I am Peruvian. I had the lomo saltado and the ceviche de pescado. Both were spectacular. Both were not just perfectly made but also had beautiful presentations. The hot sauces (both green and red) were also very good. Staff was friendly and very attentive. If I am ever around here again, I am bringing the family! What a gem! Cati was super sweet. It was our first time eating here and we always like to dive into the culture when eating at a new spot. She really took the time to give us good recommendations. We got the ceviche which might have been the best one I’ve ever had. And a combo. She was super attentive and so sweet. We will. Finally,I found a good peruvian restaurant...excellent food,huge portions and fair prices. VERY Good cebiche mixto,anticuchos,trio marino. driving 1 hour from PA to Inka's Flame each way....worth it. Definitely coming back. Update 03/29/25,came back order arroz con marisco & jalea combo and arroz con pollo combo...don't even came with sarsa criolla/onions or tartar sauce for the jalea(deep fried seafood)big disappointment...food looks good for the picture, was tasteless, rice taste like those instant rice that come in a box....service needs big improvement, but I don't coming back anyway... Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
