I am sorry that happened and that there was a miscommunication on this. Our policy and expectations for our security are to treat customers with respect while making it a fun and safe environment. I looked into this and from the security guards recall, he was told someone that fit your description was not allowed back into the bar. As he had you wait, he said multiple people in your group were loudly speaking to him at once and he told everyone to stop talking while he confirms with our head of security that you were not that person. I told him to make sure that if he used any other language than that, to correct it and be mindful how he words his response. I am sorry for the delayed response. I wanted to get all the facts together to figure out what happened before addressing it. There seemed to be a misunderstanding of who the bartender was asking the security to tell to leave. A girl that was standing next to you apparently was told to move away from the door and to not block it, and she gave him attitude and said something disrespectful to him. This was confirmed on camera. Watching the cameras, it looks like initially the bartender pointed to the girl next to you which was correct. The security guard was talking to your friend and telling her that she needs to leave. He said that she told him she was not who the bartender was talking about and from his account, she told him that the bartender was talking about you. I watched the security guard multiple times telling the girl she needs to leave before he then came to you thinking the bartender was ultimately pointing to you. I am sorry this was a complete misunderstanding on who was asked to leave. I assure you this had nothing to do with gender. Both the security and bartender said the conversation was about the girl with the long dark hair. They should have been more descriptive with each other and I have brought this review to both of their attentions. I apologize that you didn’t have a great experience. Our policy is to always give full change back and that is why we set the tip jars out on the bar. It is always up to the customer to decide the amount. Could you provide me with a little more info so I can check our cameras and look into this a little bit more.
