We chose to do the baptism at the Iris Ballroom, the Amethyst salon. The experience was a very nice one. The manager (Teodora Sandu) behaved with us in an exemplary and professional manner. At the same time, the staff (the waiters and the cook who detailed the menu for us at the tasting) were a 10! The guests did not lack anything and we were all very satisfied. We organized the end of the year party for the employees here. I rarely find time to give reviews, but this place not only exceeded my expectations, I simply can't wait to repeat the experience for this year's Christmas party. The parking lot is very spacious and is supervised (at the barrier you are given a card that you can use whenever you want to leave). The entire staff was extremely kind and responded positively to all our requests. About the atmosphere and the food, what else can be said!? Something to dream about! Everything was superlative and all the employees had a great time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the Iris Ballroom team for everything. We chose the Iris Ballroom for our wedding, in large part because of Teodora, who won us over from our first interaction. A true professional, prompt answers to all questions, support provided for any situation that arises. The event took place in the Safir salon (September 23, 2023), an elegant salon, tastefully decorated and with a pleasant ambience. We would like to thank Georgiana, the room manager, who was with us throughout the event, collaborating very well. We also thank the entire team of waiters, the service being impeccable. The team of waiters was also appreciated by our guests. We thank the chef and the team for the food provided, which arrived warm or even hot. Very rich menu, very tasty dishes.
