Terrific food, more than my party of 5 could eat. Excellent service. Small quiet place. My choice for best restaurant in Brookline Village. BUT it can be a difficult reservation to get and you need to allow time for the courses, especially if you get the Top Line offering. One of the best Korean restaurants in Boston. The side dishes (banchan) are beautifully prepared, and the food is genuinely on par with what you would find in Korea. The Wagyu steak was excellent—the meat was incredibly flavorful and paired perfectly with the slightly sweet soy-based sauce. I think it could easily be offered as a standalone main dish or set menu and would be very popular. The samgyetang (Korean ginseng chicken soup) was especially impressive and honestly felt more refined than many samgyetang restaurants I’ve tried in Korea. The broth was clear yet deeply flavorful, and the chicken had been simmered until incredibly tender. It also came with glutinous rice inside the chicken, making it a truly authentic Korean-style samgyetang. The gejang (marinated crab) and scallops were also excellent, and all the seafood tasted exceptionally fresh. The portions were very generous as well—you definitely won’t leave hungry! The atmosphere is also beautiful and welcoming. I highly recommend this place for a special occasion or whenever you’re craving a nourishing, comforting Korean meal. Definitely one of my favorite Korean dining experiences in Boston. 보스턴 최고의 한식당 중 하나. 반찬이 정갈하게 잘 나오고 맛도 한국급으로 훌륭하다. 와규 스테이크는 달달한 간장맛에 고기맛도 매우 훌륭해서 따로 메인메뉴 밑 세트화를 진행해도 인기가 많을 것 같다. 삼계탕은 한국의 어느 삼계탕집보다 더 고급스럽게 나오는데 맑지만 진한 국물에 닭도 푹 고아져서 부드럽고 맛있다. 찹쌀밥도 들어있어서 진정한 오리지널 한식 삼계탕을 맛볼 수 있다. 게장 및 조개관자도 매우 울륭하고 해산물도 마유 신선했다. 양도 아주 많아서 배부르지 않을 수 없다. 분위기도 좋아서 특별한 날 혹은 보양을 하고플 때 강력 추천한다. We chose their premium set which includes kalbi, 10 banchan dishes, a5 wagyu steak, and the young chicken broth simmered in ginseng and many more.
