Wow — this means a lot to us, especially coming from someone who thought Florida had already set the standard for Cuban sandwiches! Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. We put a lot of care into every ingredient and into getting that balance just right, so hearing this absolutely made our day. And yes… the Cuban is definitely bigger than it looks . Glad the waffle fries still held their own even after the sandwich stole the show. We also really appreciate your words about the atmosphere and service at The Heist.
