I got 2 Cajun chicken Alfredos one was more spicy than the other & filled with orange oil didn’t look how fresh Alfredo should like. The other Alfredo was creamy & white with no oil. I’m disappointed because I always get Alfredo from here & never got no oily mess like this ! I literally just left the drive thru & this is how my Alfredo looks Price per person: $20–30

I frequently visit this restaurant while door-dashing either as a rest stop or to pick up someone’s order. I noticed orders suddenly stopped coming from this restaurant and I continued to use it as a rest stop as it’s the closest to the highway, Open Late Hours , and staff never bothered me, and no signed indicating restrooms were not open to the public or open for customers only. They always seemed pleasant and never discouraged me from stopping. Until tonight , 06/12. As I entered to the bathroom stall I was furiously approached by a Women staff member at the bathroom stall accusing me of “unlocking” the stall that she purposely locked. Strange to me , when they DO lock the stall there’s a signage indicating “out of use” and in this instance THERE WAS NOT. She continued to berate me and told me to leave. This woman is familiar with me and has never ONCE spoke to me or confronted me, EVER! So it was strange that she felt comfortable enough to talk to me in the manor she did and accuse me of something I DID NOT DO. Being in the South Baltimore area , this restaurant receives a lot of traffic of homeless people and drug addicts! I’ve seen a lady taking a whole bird bath in there sink and no one bats an EYE! It was completely inappropriate for her to even approach me in an area that SHOULD BE PRIVATE! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had an amazing dining experience at Italiano's Restaurant; the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The lasagna was packed with flavor and the tiramisu was the perfect ending to the meal. Highly recommend this place for authentic Italian cuisine!
