I was able to come here a handful of times. I really loved it. But now it's permanently closed. I'm not sure what happened. I was about to plan my son's 16th birthday for next month. And now I'm not sure what to do.

We had a birthday party here yesterday for our son Jacob, and it was an amazing experience! The food was great, kids loved all the rides and arcade and laser tag! Melanie was our host server and she did a fantastic job making sure all our needs were met. We can’t wait to host another party here! Thanks to the staff of Palace Social Pasadena for your dedication to a great customer experience.

I just wanted to have a fun day with my sister and when we walked in we weren’t given any information on the game play. We just saw the prices of the time and tickets you can purchase we decided to go with the hourly play tickets because we have done it at Chuck e. cheese. Once we got inside the game room we started to notice you can only play certain games that had blue lights or rainbow lights which were very limited. Once we finished our time we went to check how many tickets we earned and we had 0 because if you purchase hourly play you don’t receive tickets which the front desk should’ve informed us after we told her it’s our first time here. DO NOT COME HERE there are better places to go too!
