Whoever the woman that's working tonight June 3rd. The graveyard shift. She was very rude she's a short Hispanic woman. I don't know her name and she didn't put the receipt in my bag. What was her problem? I put my order in a little bit after 3:00. I picked it up at 3:21 a.m. why would you tell me that you guys close at 3:30 with a rude tone and a nasty look on your face. I put my order in at 3:00 and I picked it up by 3:21. There's ways to talk to people. She could say hey I'm getting ready to close up maybe next time put your order in a little sooner. Which she shouldn't even have to say at all. So then you guys need to fix your app to no orders after 3:00. Or turn off that 24-hour sign. It stated on the side of your building that you're open 24 hours. So why would the woman rudely tell me that they close at 3:30 when I got there 9 minutes before 3:30. There's ways to talk to people there's ways to be kind. It still doesn't make sense to me why she tells me they close at 3:30 so I know next time when I got to the drive-thru at 3:21. Whoever that was needs to fix her attitude or maybe switch over to day shift. I just came through their the other morning around 3:00 3:30 and the woman who was there was so sweet she was so kind I did a survey for her and gave her five stars that's how it should be. Learn how to talk to people. Take some customer service classes. I will never come back to that Jack in The box and I used to go there all the time for my tacos with no sauce so my loss not yours.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Raquel and the entire team at Jack in the Box! Even during a major rush, everyone stayed professional, fast, and friendly. You could really tell the team was working hard and communicating well to keep everything moving smoothly. I also had a special order, and they absolutely nailed it. Everything came out exactly how I asked, fresh, accurate, and made with care. It’s rare to see a team handle pressure that well while still giving great customer service. Raquel and the crew truly went above and beyond, and because of this experience I’ll definitely be coming back. Great job to everyone working that shift! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Denise was super helpful and sweet she needs a raise no one at this location is ever helpful or kind so her actually doing good customer service was awesome !! 4/16/2026 around 6:30 ish Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
