Placed an online order ahead of time and still waited 35 minutes. Very disappointing experience. We ordered sweet tea and got unsweet tea. They were out of green beans and mashed potatoes, and we weren’t told until after ordering. The chopped steak came with white gravy instead of brown gravy and was ice cold. The Big Bacon burger was cold, the chicken tenders were cold, and all three orders of fries were cold from sitting while we waited. The only food that was even somewhat warm were the chicken sandwiches, but they were soggy, not crispy, and had no seasoning at all. Even the two pies they gave us to make up for everything being wrong and out of stock were cold. The cashier was kind and apologetic, which I appreciated, but the kitchen staff in the back were loud, rude, and clearly upset, which made the whole experience worse. Spent $41 on cold food, wrong items, and missing sides after ordering ahead. Really frustrating and disappointing. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Everyone was Smiling and having fun. Food was hot and fresh and also served with a smile. I met the RDO and Karrie was amazing. She loves her team and job based our interaction.
