Tonight (4/13/26) while doordashing I witnessed an African American young lady running the drive-thru decide to make more of something ( maybe mashed potatoes or gravy- not sure). Either way, she grabbed a white bag, bit it with her teeth to open it, poured the powder in some hot container and went to get some hot water to mix with it. I will NEVER eat here. I feel sorry for the customers whose orders I pick up from this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The people that work here are so rude and disrespectful. I was waiting to order, and all three of the workers were just standing there. Finally, someone took my order. As the lady was taking my order, I asked for a 3-piece chicken finger snack, and she rolled her eyes at me for me to tell her was sauce i wanted, and got visibly irritated when my boyfriend ordered as well. When I paid, instead of giving me my drinks and my receipt, she just turned around and walked away. Not to mention, their dining room is infested with flies. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The experience was horrible today from start to finish! From the order taking to pick up, they even left stuff out and this all started happens quite often. The staff are very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, non caring, bad attitude having individuals. The supervisor Ruby is just as bad! Which is probably why they are allowed to behave the way they do! A prime example of , "the Apple don't fall far from the tree!" I asked to speak to the GM/regional or be provided the contact information, she was completely dishonest and stated they don't have any information. I asked when they would be back in the store, again with attitude stated - I'm not giving up that information. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied. I will post this every place I can! I stated this to her and her response was, "IDC- have a blessed day!" Horrible customer service!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
