I came in to purchase a 10 piece Big Box on 7/18/2026 at 5:15pm. Instead of the cashier saying they only have big pieces of chicken can I offer you something else she give me all these breasts and I told her I have grandkids that eat legs and wings if you didn’t have it you should of said that. Now I’m feeding a 3,5 yr old breasts that will be messed over because it’s to big even when I split it between the both of them. Jacks getting just as bad as Popeyes. Can we please get a restaurant like Mrs. Winners back that actually have the core chicken!!! I will not eat at this place again bad service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to jacks today 7/17/26. I got my meal and sat to eat and heard one of the girls in the back say it smells like chemicals while looking up at the ceiling. Another lady proceeded to spray what looked like raid all on the ceiling. All over the ceiling above the area where the pack the food. Above chicken and biscuits area. She said to the other lady that this side of town is bad with them. It’s just this side of town, but I can’t not believe what I seen. I tossed my food out and left. They need to check that place out asap. If they can hosed down the ceiling above food and not care. What else are they getting away with. What people have gotten sick and harmed for a senseless act. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The two jacks restaurants in Rome are famous for leaving something off your order . I work in Trion and go to the one there and never have a problem . Rome needs to get it together
