Everything is great here unless you come when the woman manager Nicky is working. She's rude and treats customers like she could care less whether we're here or not. Not a hello, goodbye, all you get us an eye roll and shoves your food at you. After Tuesdays nights experience with her and the guy Ty, if we ever come and he or she is here working, we'll walk out and take our business elsewhere. He watched us stand at the counter a good 15 mins and never attempted to make eye contact or show any attempt in taking our order. Jonathan on the other hand, is very polite. Always greeted with a hello, how you doing. What can I get for you today, would you like a pie or milkshake with that, here ya go, I hope you enjoy and finished with a Thank you, have a great night! Nicky should take how to treat a customer with courtesy classes from Jonathan. Thank you Jonathan for always putting customers first! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been eating Jack’s ever since they came to Wedowee. Tonight was the first time I felt like I had gotten what I ordered. The Big Jack I received reminded me what the chain used to strive for in quality. Great Job! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I give these kind people 5 stars for their service and attitudes: We ordered dinner to go. We couldn't find half of our 4 meals, so I went in asking if I could get the missing items. They reviewed my order and made sure I got exactly what I said I was missing, no questions asked. My husband then called me to tell me my kid had sort of hidden the bag of missing food, unbeknowst to us. I quickly told them what happened and that I'd happily pay for the food. They so kindly giggled then told me just to take it. I'm sure they thought I was crazy, but they took pity on a flustered mom! The toilet was broken, and it's not the cleanest I've seen a fast food restaurant, but I'd happily go back to support kind employees who care about their customers and have grace! Whoever was working the dinner shift on 3/13: I hope y'all had the best day ever! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
