Just bought a juice at this location. The cashier was blowing his nose into tissue paper. Then procede to put a lid on my drink and handed over to me. Very unsanitary. Service: 1

Wasn’t greeted when I walked they kinda just looked at me I ordered a large razzmatazz and a medium white gummy smoothies were good the razzmatazz wasn’t blended right and I got a 6 pc mozzarella bites I only received 5 of them I guess ol boy can’t count they weren’t even busy customer service wasn’t there if you don’t like your job probably should just quit and find a better one plain and simple. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst jamba juice around the area, I ordered through the app an acai primo bowl & 10 minutes after I placed my order, I got a call from one of the associates stating that they didn't have no bananas, strawberries or blueberries I went ahead & told them if I can cancel my order they say yes I said ok thank you but then it still show on the app so I drove to the location & ask them why is it still shows as I need to pick up the order both associates stated that they cancel the order which that didn't happened & I was actually charge, for something I didn't even actually received. I have tried to contact the store multiple times, but they don't answer calls. When finally somebody pick up my call, they say they will let their manager know about what happened. I checked my email to find out they only refunded me half of the money when it should have been the whole amount since I didn't receive any food. Do not waste your time in this place. They need to train their employees to give better customer service. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
