everything with this location is bad. First of all, what the hell is going on with the TVs? I could barely read the menu. Apparently, the manager of this store doesn’t check the quality or probably doesn’t care at all. I ordered a waffle bowl and it took around 20 minutes to get my food. The poor cashier was taking orders and making bowls while the other girl was just standing in the back, even though she probably noticed the cashier needed help. My waffle was burnt, I asked the cashier if I can get Nutella on top and this is literally what they gave me. The only good thing was the customer service, but this simple bowl didn’t taste good and it wasn’t worth it for the price. $10 for the small bowl by the way. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

The gentleman running the register was not friendly...actually made me consider walking away. Bathroom door doesn't lock. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Eva I'm sorry to hear that your experience at our store recently was not satisfying. I will make sure to speak with that gentlemen. As for our bathroom door I do apologize for that inconvenience we are in the works of getting it replaced.

I am a frequent Jamba Juice goer. I go today with my sister and some lady working with very drastic makeup and eyeliner makes my drink with banana( IM ALLERGIC) she remakes it and it tastes super artificial and watery. Mind you I asked for my drink to be chunky. Making a smoothie is not difficult especially with the ingredients listed in front of you. This drink is undrinkable due to its terrible taste. The Jamba location on sixth st. Is way better with better customer service and people actually doing their job and caring for their customers well being. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you do not specify the allergy, correct precautions and protocols cannot be made.
