Excellent grocery store with a wide selection of quality products and competitive prices. Located in Kirkland, this Safeway location offers convenient shopping with clean, well-organized aisles and helpful, knowledgeable staff. The produce section is always fresh with a great variety of seasonal items. The deli counter offers quality meats and prepared foods that are perfect for quick meals or meal prep. Their bakery selection is impressive, offering both everyday bread and specialty items. The customer service is consistently outstanding—staff members go the extra mile to help customers find items or answer questions. Checkout is efficient with multiple lanes open during peak hours. It's a decent store and carries a lot of the items I'm looking for. Be prepared to check yourself out, at least in the evenings. For example, tonight the only aisles open were self checkout. I generally use those anyway but if you prefer using a checker, you might be out of luck

Prices are terrible. And now, there are very misleading prices in yellow that you need to get a special app to get. Having the membership isn’t enough. So now I I need the membership + the app to get those prices. Super annoying and not easy to use. You really have to squint to see the tiny actual price of an item. Feels extremely misleading.
