I normally love coming here. I’ve been coming once or twice a week for the past few months and always order the same smoothie bowl. It’s usually consistent, the staff are friendly, and service is efficient. Today, though, my bowl was only about half full compared to what I normally receive. I genuinely wasn’t trying to complain — the bowls are around $10, so I just wanted to ask about it. I politely mentioned to the employee that it normally comes much fuller. She was actually very sweet and explained they may be using different bananas. While she was explaining, the manager came over and immediately acted like I was making a huge issue out of it when I was simply asking a question. She told me that apparently an employee in the past had been giving too much smoothie and said, “I’m sorry you’ve been getting too much smoothie,” which honestly came across as pretty dismissive. She then looked in the blender, saw there was only a tiny bit left, and asked if I wanted it. At that point, the interaction already felt uncomfortable because of the attitude. Nice friendly staff. My smoothie was made quickly and was delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

Sophia and her co-worker gave such a warm welcome and experience. My family and I left the Kietzke Jamba Juice due to poor customer service. We were immediately greeted and helped with drink options. Sophia was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming to this Jamba every time. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
