I love a good family owned business like this one. I learned that the place is mostly operated by a lady and her mother in law. I came in for a meatball sandwich. The meatballs and sauce are made in house, which is always a big plus in a meatball hero. The meatball hero was only $10.99 plus tax, well priced indeed. The meatball sandwich came nicely toasted from the oven, so the bread had that light exterior crisp and soft warm center. The meatballs had a very good texture and a good flavor. In hindsight, a little more seasoning would have been nice. The sauce was very good, not overly sweet or acidic. A good down the middle. I liked that they put a very good amount of provolone and parmesan cheese on the sandwich. It was one tasty meatball sandwich. The service was very friendly and welcoming. I liked when I inquired about the food, I was given a good run down of the place. There's plenty of parking. There's only one table inside and a few outside the building. You will find them in Alpine! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Incredible food made by truly wonderful people. Best way to order this Turkey sub is toasted with sliced pepperoncinis and the service was just as warm as the atmosphere. Easily a 10/10 spot I’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Alpine. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
