I absolutely love their Americano, hot or cold; it's always perfectly brewed with great body and flavor. The Cappuccino was decent, too. For food, the Brown Bread Grilled Chicken Panini was incredibly delicious—the seasoning was balanced, and the amount of sauce and cheese was just right. However, the standard Grilled Chicken Panini was disappointing; it lacked sauce and cheese, and the chicken was overly salty (they should review their preparation for this item). Customer service was exceptional, thanks to barista Nitis “I'm not sure if I spelled the name correctly (Nitis).", who was polite, respectful, and extremely helpful, even offering extra items not included in the price—truly outstanding hospitality. Overall, the coffee and some sandwiches are excellent, but there is some inconsistency in food quality. The service is the highlight of this branch.
