I wanted to leave a positive review for the RV portion of the casino. We needed a place to stop for the night and didn't have reservations. Linda did a wonderful job of getting us checked in and set up for the evening, turning a stressful situation into a pleasant evening. Thanks again Linda! Service: 5

Kinda sad to be a weekly traveler to Winn and only get $10 in free play after over 25 years coming . Rolling hills gives $30 and gold country $50 per week & I go there once every 2 months . You are chasing locals away with no regards on keeping us coming back for more. I realize you are saving up to build casino on Hwy but you are doing it wrong way. Think about it bcuz we are all talking about it . Service: 4

Ok so Google keeps bugging me to do some ratings so I'll do a few let's start with the Win-River Resort & Casino... I have not stayed overnight in the hotel part of this establishment, so I will neither postulate a rating nor any commentary. However. i am a semi regular casino guest, and I draw on decades of casino experience both as a guest and as a Hotel & Casino employee. I don't work at the Win-River, and I never have, but I grew up in Las Vegas, and logged 15 years of full time work in a couple of the best Hotels there. The WRRC is clean and that says alot. It even smells good. ( as in I have walked thru properties that had a distinctly awful and very old yet subtle odor that never goes away. Anyone who has traveled alot like me will imstantly remember THAT odor from somewhere) That means alot to me. I know the budget and labor hours required to maintain fresh air for the guests, and the WRRC is clearly commited to doing exactly that. Also, while many people think that overall cleanliness is the most important goal for the success of a Resort Property, the fact is that it varies. In ANY restaurant the one thing that will make sure your guests choose to go somewhere else is if you do not serve them HOT FOOD. I have had the chicken fried steak in the restaurant, and a few different burgers, sandwiches, and the pizza during late nite hours and everytime my meal at WRRC was HOT and carefully made with quality ingredients and great service. Lastly, I have thought for years that if I ever wanted to enjoy great service again, I was gonna have to go back to the Villas and put on my tux. The Win-River in Redding CA has somehow proved me wrong. Every single person I have interacted with there has been completely helpful and happy to do so. It is possible to get good service from a person who just doesn't give a darn. But when the entire staff seems to care about my experience? THAT is incredible. Keep up the great work. PS: Good jackpots flow pretty readily too. I don't know how they do all this. I'm just saying.... Service: 5
