I had a lovely solo breakfast at Java Lounge in Kandy. It was the perfect place to spend some quiet time, catch up on emails, and take care of a few personal things without any disturbance. The food was delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere made the experience even better. A simple but beautiful memory I’ll carry with me from Kandy. Highly recommended for a relaxing meal and some quiet time! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: Rs 2,000–3,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I recently visited Java Lounge - Kandy with my friends for a quick bite, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The café is conveniently located in the heart of Kandy city, right beside the iconic Sri Dalada Maligawa, making it easy to find. The food at Java Lounge was amazing and tasty, with a range of coffee types and cool beverages that cater to different tastes. What truly stood out during our visit was the exceptional customer service. Mohamed, who attended to us, was fantastic at his job. He welcomed us with a warm smile and ensured that our food was served promptly. His coordination with his team members—Jerome, Thilina and Kavinda—was seamless and they provided a level of professional customer service that made our visit memorable. Having been to other Java Lounge outlets in Colombo, I could feel a noticeable difference at the Kandy location. Everything was well-organized and quick, making our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Java Lounge, Kandy as a great spot to spend time and hang out with friends or even family. The combination of great food, beautiful location and outstanding service makes it a must-visit. A big thank you to Mohamed and the team for their exceptional customer service.
