September 8, 2026. Absolutely terrible customer service. I stood there trying to place an order while the employees completely ignored me. When I finally asked them for help, they looked directly at me and started laughing among themselves instead of doing their job. It was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. If you don’t want to serve customers, then don’t work in customer service. Management seriously needs to address this behavior. Very disappointing and embarrassing for a resort like Kalahari. If you want the slowest possible service, the the least nicest employees, this is your spot! 45 min for 2 items, half items come out and other half don’t, when you ask them if they forgot something they roll their eyes. Keep it up JAVA! Save the trouble. Go to Dunkin or Starbucks less that 10 min away Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Java Manjaro has pastries and coffee. It even serves Starbucks menu coffee items. Word to the wise, if you don't tip you will be the last one served. I ordered a Grande Carmel Skin Maciadio with 12 people behind me. I did not tip and all 12 behind me got served before I got my order. They do not deliver to your room
