I am giving this place a five star due to my amazing experience here. Firstly, the bathrooms at Java Nation were spotless. They were well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was commendable, as they left a lasting impression for me. I encountered an employee named Brian who was exceptional. Brian's friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills made him stand out as an amazing employee. He attentively listened to the customer's needs and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service by clearing tables. I greatly appreciated Brian's attention to detail and his commitment to customer satisfaction. While Java Nation was crowded, I observed that the flow was fast. I ate here last week and both me and my friend had visible mold on the cheese on our Rueben sandwiches. This was not intentional mold on the cheese. It was bright blue and green throughout the cheese, and the kitchen still served it to us. I notified the server, and they immediately took the sandwiches, and it took over 20 minutes to prepare it again. I emailed the management after, and still have not heard back. Really disappointed.I was hoping this place would be decent but they failed on ever level. I wish I got a picture, but they took it so fast!
