I have loved coming here for brunch with family and friends, the prices have gone up and I understand. They charge a 3% credit card fee, fine, I understand. You order standing up, grab your own drinks, your own water (which is outside btw) and find your own seat, go to the counter if you need anything else but they ask you for a tip (starting at 18%) which makes me wonder, do you not pay your staff a living wage? This time I came with my computer and the final straw was trying to connect to the internet required my full name, email address and phone number. Don’t try putting a fake email address in there, it checks it and won’t let you do it. With how it’s run was this place bought by private equity? Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $20–30

went in the evening but they did not have drip coffee available which we did not expect at a place called Java Nation xD. so had to order latte but the milk was not steamed properly, and was too heavy. Service was ok drinks came out at diff times. I think someone was in training which is understandable! The iced latte was good though. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I ate here last week and both me and my friend had visible mold on the cheese on our Rueben sandwiches. This was not intentional mold on the cheese. It was bright blue and green throughout the cheese, and the kitchen still served it to us. I notified the server, and they immediately took the sandwiches, and it took over 20 minutes to prepare it again. I emailed the management after, and still have not heard back. Really disappointed.I was hoping this place would be decent but they failed on ever level. I wish I got a picture, but they took it so fast!
