Saw a FB post that a patron no longer would be visiting this establishment because the staff was wearing rainbow colors to support Pride Month ... Well, they gained 3 more customers. Friendly staff, fun atmosphere. Happy we came. I ordered the NY Steak and Eggs ... Steak was a PERFECT Med Rare and the Over Medium Eggs were cooked just the way I like them!! We are DEFINITELY coming back for Saturday Prime Rib Night -- but our server "Cindy" said we should probably call ahead to make reservations and state how many orders of prime rib we want! Can't wait!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Breakfast Kid-friendliness: Lots to choose from

We had brunch at Jay Berry's Cafe today. After we finished our meal, we waited for a long time, but the bill never arrived. We went to the front to ask for a to-go box, went back to our table, and continued to wait. After another long wait, we had to ask for the box a second time. When the waitress finally came over, instead of apologizing for the delay, she rudely told us that we "needed to be patient," adding that the restaurant was busy and she had many other customers to take care of. As paying customers, we felt highly disrespected. Being busy is understandable, but blaming customers and lecturing them to "be patient" is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. A simple "sorry for the wait" would have sufficed. Very disappointed with the service and attitude here. Meal type: Brunch Parking space: Not sure Parking options: Free parking lot
