Unfortunately we cannot understand how you found your meal tasteless, perhaps you do not know the definition of this word, because we make a point of offering all our dishes with accompaniments that combine delicate flavors to accompany without distorting that of your fish itself according to its particular variety. For the service, it is regrettable not to have informed us that you were particularly "in a hurry" because I assure you that no customer to date has complained about the latter. To finish on the price which you find "much too high for the quality" I invite you to verify your statements precisely, do not forget that you are in an artisanal fishmonger, which offers you arrivals three times a week, which we let us return before the opening of the auctions, to always choose precisely the best of the fish from our French fishermen as soon as they arrive at the port, and finally to have precisely because of this no fish on the frozen shelf neither in fishing nor in transport.
